Innovation requires inspiration, which is why members of AGRANA Marketing, New Product Development & Sales staff meet at regular intervals in order to learn from the representatives of different countries, to go through studies on trends and product innovations and, naturally, to discover new ideas.

Innovation requires inspiration, which is why members of AGRANA Marketing, New Product Development & Sales staff meet at regular intervals in order to learn from the representatives of different countries, to go through studies on trends and product innovations and, naturally, to discover new ideas.

Thus, in March 2015, 35 staff members from 13 countries around the globe met with the goal of developing new and relevant concepts on major trends and AGRANA Fruit's core competences. They shared various best practices between the global affiliates network.

Within cross-regional groups the participants discussed the top innovations of the year in the different AGRANA Fruit markets (US, China, Mexico, Austria, France, Australia, Turkey, Brazil, Russia, Egypt, Ukraine, South Africa, Korea and Argentina) at this meeting. This is how AGRANA Fruit Marketing, NPD & Sales staff members leverage their know-how of different markets, new projects, local trends and activities and, of course, about local products. 

Fresh, Fruity Ideas

The exhibition of products that our customers have implemented with AGRANA Fruit was a natural highlight of the meeting: 145 different products from around the world were introduced on location. Freshly inspired and motivated after five intense days, everyone went home to their own countries to once again get to work on fruity new ideas.
