World Dairy Innovation Award 2015

In June 2015 the annual Word Dairy Innovation Award took place at the Koepelkerk in Amsterdam as a part of the 9th Global Dairy Congress. The judge panel considered almost 220 entries from 30 countries in 18 categories.

The AGRANA Fruit Poland customer “Vilkyskiu pienine AB” became finalist in the category “Best dairy ingredient”. Crispy roasted buckwheat, which is a fruit preparation product from AGRANA Fruit Poland, is one of the main ingredients of the chosen product. ‘We saw a fantastic range of products this year as innovation continues to ignite consumers growing interest in dairy said Food Bev Media’s Bill Bruce. ‘We also saw an increased number of entrants from Asia and Africa representing the healthy dairy market now present in these regions.’
